Business Coach, Creative Industries
Tamara Gal-On is a coach and facilitator for the Creative Industries. She works with individuals, businesses and organisations across the creative industries from music to design, photography to architecture and beyond.
Tamara coaches on a one to one basis as well as coaching groups and teams. She enjoys working with directors and business partners as well as creative and design teams and freelancers.
The desired outcomes for coaching are as widely varying as clients’ needs. Enabling creatives to build their ideal business can begin with enabling someone starting up a new company to gain the confidence to get started or to get clear on the values, purpose or services of their business. Working with more establishd creative businesses can include getting companies aligned with their true values using Corporate Transformation Tools or developing leadership programmes for managers to lead from the front. Tamara coaches by phone and face to face.
One of Tamara’s passions is architecture, and she is currently developing a programme of facilitated dialogue, Appreciative Inquiry and coaching to support better collaboration throughout all of the professions involved with the built environment.
Other projects include the Music Leaders Network, a facilitated peer networking and coaching programme for the Music Industry for the Cultural Leadership Programme as well as developing an introduction to coaching for creative industries in Iceland through their Trade Council.
